Now in the letter(s) I received, specific law is quoted: Section l(r)(3) of the MA Employment and Training Law. Every step of the process, if you are unsatisfied with a ruling, you can appeal it. If you are charged $X for overpayment of benefits, you can appeal that... and you can appeal the response of the appeal. Things might take longer, but the state truly wants to help you.
