		<description>Good info. I&#039;ll see what happens. It just behooves me. The TeleClaim rep only said that my last day was 6/17 and to call back on 6/18, which I did. Now in the letter(s) I received, specific law is quoted: Section l(r)(3) of the MA Employment and Training Law. One can&#039;t help but wonder about the training of the reps and the whole system in general. It&#039;s just amazing. Obviously I&#039;ll do some research on this law.</description>

		<description>It&#039;s worth adding that everything can be appealed. Every step of the process, if you are unsatisfied with a ruling, you can appeal it. If you are charged $X for overpayment of benefits, you can appeal that... and you can appeal the response of the appeal. Things might take longer, but the state truly wants to help you.</description>
