I say because I don't believe in the personal mandate at all. Having health insurance is all well and good and I think everyone should have it, but I don't believe the Commonwealth should require residents to enter into a contract with a private company. <br /> <br /> Of course, this is a bigger issue than just for those standing in line with all the other scumbags in the unemployment line. We don't require people to have health insurance before they can get a drivers license, so why require them to have it before they can get unemployment benefits? Why make an option of it at all?
